Yet, the amount of data we are constantly producing provides a whole world of contexts, many of which can reveal astonishing relationships if only looked at through time.”
  • Nick Kristof laments how we have, in essence, become our own editors by seeking out our own news content. This, coming from a guy who inserts himself into his own reporting? The irony, it BURNS.
  • All big-city newspapers have been hurt by the rise of the Internet, declining ad sales, and an economy gone south. But the brain trust at the Inquirer and Daily News has a deeper problem: They think we still need their papers to find out what’s going on.

      Hey, I have a post up about blogging ethics I’d love yer feedback on. it was partly inspired by some blogs I know that never cite, but then I just couldn’t stop jawwing on.
